Bookings

The deadline for cancelling the reservation is 48 hours before the check-in time. If you cancel within this time, you will be added to the 'cancellations' list.
No-shows will be added to the 'no-shows' list.


Gift cards

The gift card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue. The balance available on the card will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded. If the card is lost or stolen, the cardholder must contact us to block the card and request a new one. The balance available on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card. We are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of the card and we have the right to change the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time without prior notice.

Applicable Law
